User Agreement

By accessing and using the THON PHotoBase, you understand and agree to the following:

(1) Uploading photos. You understand and agree that the Penn State IFC/Panhellenic Dance Marathon may review and delete or remove any photos that in the sole judgment of Penn State IFC/Panhellenic Dance Marathon violate this Agreement or which might be offensive, illegal, or that might violate the rights, harm, or threaten the safety of the visitors. By uploading pictures to the THON PhotoBase, you automatically give the Penn State IFC/Panhellenic Dance Marathon an irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, transferable, fully paid license to use, copy, display, reformat, translate, and distribute your photos to prepare derivative works of, or incorporate into other works.

(2) Appropriate use of photos. All content in the THON PhotoBase, including but not limited to design, text, graphics, photos, and files, and their selection and arrangement, are the proprietary property of the Penn State IFC/Panhellenic Dance Marathon or its licensors. All rights reserved. The photos may not be modified, copied, distributed, framed, reproduced, republished, downloaded, displayed, posted, transmitted, or sold in any form or by any means, in whole or in part, without the Penn State IFC/Panhellenic Dance Marathon's prior written permission. You may download or print a copy of any portion of the photos solely for your personal, non-commercial use, provided that you keep all copyright or other proprietary notices intact. You may not republish the photos on any Internet, Intranet or Extranet site or incorporate the information in any other database or compilation for commerical use. Any other use of the photos is strictly prohibited.

(3) Copyright and Trademarks. All trademarks, logos, trade dress and service marks on the THON PhotoBase website are either trademarks or registered trademarks of the Penn State IFC/Panhellenic Dance Marathon or its licensors and may not be copied, imitated, or used, in whole or in part, without the prior written permission of the Penn State IFC/Panhellenic Dance Marathon.
